Twin + Trailers.
I find the twin + trailer setup to be very versatile when used properly, twin fin speed but with the hold of a thruster,
A twin + tailer tailored to performance surfing. I’ve received very little negative feedback from these boards. They feature a low-medium rocker throughout, with a single concave running into a hard edged channel out the tail. The wide point is 1” forward for paddle power and speed off the front foot, the fluted flyer in the tail adds sensitivity and bite. As a whole these boards carry insane speed as water runs through the bottom contours. The fin and flyer placement, together with the length and depth of the channel, creates a perfect balance of hold, drive, speed and manouverability. Perfect for waves up to 3ft, and excelling in EPS construction.
I’ve also been working on a second version recently, with the same rocker and bottom contours, a more parallel outline for the most part, and more curve in the last foot of the tail. Combined with a lower rail these surf a bit whippier than the original.
